Favorables Slip 51 Points in 13 Short Months

Today's presidential approval index has tied for its lowest level of approval. In late December, it also hit -21. Keep in mind that on January 22, 2009, the approval index fell at +30. In all, Obama's numbers have fallen 51 points in 13 short months. Astounding!

Rasmussen Reports points out that tomorrow's numbers will reflect the public's opinion after the "bipartisan" healthcare summit. Therefore, tomorrow's numbers will very likely break the record for negative numbers for President Obama. Stay tuned.
